Series Stainless Steel Reaction Flasks
The 4010 series cylindrical reaction flasks are fabricated from 18-8, type 316 stainless steel; they are heliarc welded and have a high polished finish on the inside to prevent any materials from collecting on the inner surface. A 138mm single neck with flange. They can be used with our 4030 Stainless steel reaction lids or 4080 Teflon lids with interchangeable standard taper joints and thermometer adapters. Also interchangeable with all glass flanges from major scientific glass distributors. We can also fabricate custom design to meet your specific needs. Call to discuss double walled flasks, lower drain valves and other custom designs.

The 4011 cylindrical flask is the same as the SciMac# 4010 flask except the 138mm neck has a grooved flange that will accept a CAPFE® (PTFE encapsulated silicone rubber) O-ring instead of a gasket. Flask supplied with CAPFE® O-ring, additional O-rings can be ordered SciMac # 0000.

Flask Head fits a standard 138mm neck flask; they are fabricated from 18-8, type 316 stainless steel with three outer joints in line. For use with our 4000, 4010 Reaction Flasks. Call us for any special joint configuration that you require. Heads can be made with up to 5 joints. Threaded NPT connectors can also be added.
